Triathlon
These sessions are held on the world class Formula 1 track of Yas Island together with Yas Bays and surrounds. They are aimed at increasing cardiovascular endurance for both cycling and long-distance running. The sessions ensure excellent base-level fitness, which supports athletes across all sports, as well as doubling as training for competitive events such as duathlons, triathlons, cycling & middle to long-distance running.
Beginners Triathlon
This is a compulsory starter course for all young multi-sport athletes. These athletes will learn to bike safely and confidently, whilst learning to utilise bike gears & build biking endurance at the same time. Coaches will assess athletes over the course of the term and athletes will graduate to the junior squad once they are proficient riders and have a sound understanding of the safety requirements & expectations. Bikes with stabilisers/training wheels are not permitted.
