My name is Coach Ben and I have been a coach at Athletics Academy since 2020. I grew up in Porthcawl, Wales, surrounded by a culture deeply rooted in the love of sports, I developed an unshakeable passion for athletics and sport from a young age. Every field, every track became my playground, fueling my determination to excel.

Through dedication and hard work, I played sports to a very high level, competing both nationally and internationally, and experiencing firsthand the thrill of victory and the lessons of defeat. My journey also led me to coach internationally in the USA and UK, where I honed my skills and gained invaluable experiences.

Now, as a coach at Athletics Academy in Abu Dhabi, I carry that passion with me, channeling it into nurturing the next generation of athletes. It's more than just teaching techniques; it's about instilling the values of discipline, perseverance, and teamwork that I learned growing up. Each day, I see the transformative power of sports, not just in honing physical skills but in shaping character and building communities.
